The apartment brief for this project comprised of the design of one and two bedroom apartments with the focus on maximum yield for the site.
The two bedroom two bathroom apartments of approximately 75m2 plus with a generous balcony have been designed to make up the majority of the development with a select number of three bedroom and two bathroom apartments. One bedroom one bathroom apartments were considered as potential future options to satisfy policy and the best mix for sale of the development.
The development was posed to be 3 to 4 stories in Scarborough. The possibility of various construction methods have been allowed for to achieve the most efficient build for the project.
