Take a virtual tour through our project, Auction HQ. This project began with the restoration and conversion of an old army artillery store in Midland, originally built in the 1930's, to an office facility for Smith Broughton Auctioneers. Great care was taken to find the right balance between salvaging as much of the building as possible, while assessing what had to be completely replaced for safety & function, and making sure the new build met all of SBA's operating requirements.

In 2016, one beautiful sunny Saturday morning the Belvedere was restored to the Guildford Hotel. There were about 400 locals who came, drank coffee and watched the beautiful Belvedere launched from the site lay down area, to it’s rightful place back on top of the Hotel. A favourite memory was the round of appreciative applause as the belvedere came to rest. Here is a snippet of the process for your viewing pleasure as well. Great memories from a great project!
