Heritage Office Reaches Completion

Converting a heritage warehouse into an office for Smith Broughton Auctioneers has been one of the most interesting projects that we have undertaken. Recently completed, this job brought many surprises as the clients enthusiastically partnered with us to restore and highlight the history of the building. Along the way, we discovered interesting features of the building and were shown numerous historical items (such as antique auctioneer’s gavels, anvils, a scooter, tools and machinery, a petrol bowser, and military buttons) some of which were showcased in the final product. We are absolutely delighted at the unique final result and the client’s satisfaction with the project.
