New Concept Design: Como Townhouses

Nestled into the heart of Como, we have recently designed an efficient proposal that allows for the  subdivision and development of two large townhouses on a corner lot. The two storey townhouses have living areas on both floors, and have two separate external areas for different areas of the houses to open up to. Each townhouse has two master bedrooms, one on each floor, along with two secondary bedrooms. The townhouses were designed to reflect the local materials of the area, combining facebrick and render.
