Summers Street

The brief for this project presented us with the challenge of squeezing six, spacious homes on a site previously housing two semi-detached residences, without compromising space, privacy or lifestyle.

The project was designed with professional couples and modern families in mind, with the townhouses stand out feature being their A1 energy efficiency.

Each townhouse is comprised of 3-bedrooms plus study/theatre, 2 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage with 170sq m of living space, including a unique 33sq m roof terrace atop each townhouse.
