The apartment brief for this project comprised of the design of one, two and three bedroom apartments with the focus on maximum yield for the site.
The two bedroom two bathroom apartments of approximately 75m2 plus with a generous balcony have been designed to make up the majority of the development with a select number of three bedroom and two bathroom apartments. One bedroom one bathroom apartments were considered as potential future options to satisfy policy and the best mix for sale of the development. There will be a communal rooftop garden and lounge space for the residents.
The development will be 3 stories in Scarborough. The possibility of various construction methods have been allowed for to achieve the most efficient build for the project.
Construction works began on this project in May 2020.
